The Verus Engineering AVCS Cam Sensor Heat Shield solves a common problem among 2008+ EJ 2.5L equipped Subarus.

Due to the location and proximity to the hot exhaust header, the factory plastic shield cannot stand up to track days/header heat and will melt over time. This can lead to issues with the AVCS malfunctioning.

Utilizing our unit, made from 304 stainless sheet and heat-reflective gold foil, our unit will reduce heat to these components and last significantly longer than the OEM unit.
